If Paul Biya was one who responds to his subjects when they seek his attention, like Mr. Fru Ndi struggles to prove he did, we will listen to both sides to find out who is telling the truth. But Mr. Biya is a man whose source of power comes not from the people he purports to lead, but from France; so he does not respond to their concerns and it does not matter.
